In Coaching and Training

Adapt dynamically, move from the heart, maintain awareness

All the tools I use are carefully chosen to match the people that I coach, train and consult. What they all have in common is their solution focus and empowering qualities to help you go beyond your limiting borders.

In my coachings and training I apply a variety of tools and methods. I highlight a few of them below to give you an overview of how I work. It will become clear in our initial consultation which methods and tools will be used and applied to fit your needs and move you closer to goal realization.

Through my practical applications in indivdiual coachings and training courses, as well as through intensive studies, I have extensive experience and success using these powerful resources. Some of them I acquired through direct learning from their creators.

Solution talk creates solutions — Problem talk creates problems

Solution focused approach based on Steve de Shazer/Insoo Kim Berg

The idea behind this approach is to find solutions rather than to solve problems, to look for and enhance positive exceptions. As indicated by its name, the focus is not on the problem but rather on the wishes, goals, resources and exceptions to the problem, i.e. “the solution”.

This approach was originally developed for use in therapy, but was soon found to be very effective with its future orientation, no matter what the problem situation. As a result, it found its way into the coaching world soon thereafter.

Self-determination and self-responsibility lead to satisfaction

Zurich Resource model (ZRM®) based on Maja Storch/Frank Krause

The ZRM or neurodynamic self management was developed by Maja Storch and Frank Krause at the Zurich university. The model is based on latest neuroscientific findings in the context of motivation and learning. Systematically, conscious and unconscious needs, cognitive, emotive and physiological elements are all taken into consideration during the process. Coachings and trainings both profit from this positive attitude to strenghten your self-management – not just in the work environment.

Constellations reveal structures

Structural and organisational constellations based on Insa Sparrer/Matthias Varga von Kibéd

Constellations help to reflect on established patterns. Any kind of system can be constellated whether it is a group of people, certain behaviours, objectives, values of an organisation, team structures, projects or processes. Starting from the present and problematic structures, it is possible to create solutions, ideas and a vision.

To reflect, analyse and change reality

Transactional analysis

Transactional analysis (TA) includes instruments to analyze personlity and relationships, as well as to analyse and direct social systems, such as a company. TA focuses on models aimed at observing, describing and understanding human personality, transactions and relationships. It offers concepts to effectively influence personality development and its self-organisation, as well as the transactions between individuals and social systems.

Our personal preferences determine what we do

Myers-Briggs-Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI helps us to identify personal preferences that guide our actions. This tool can be used in many situations as it helps to understand behaviour and constructively explain differences in behaviours.

360° Feedback

A 360° Feedback is a very efficient diagnostic tool that has been used many years in leader development as well as in training and education. It helps to evaluate competencies and strengths from various view points and offers the possibility to transparently compare how we perceive ourselves compared with how others perceive us.
